Grieving Pregnancy Loss

You’re here…Thank you

There are no easy parts of this journey and there is also no right way or wrong way to handle what you are going through.  Take a breath and a moment to just be present. Say a prayer and speak some scripture over yourself. Let’s start with Psalm 34:18, The Lord is close to the brokenhearted; he rescues those whose spirits are crushed.

Let’s be real,

When you held your positive pregnancy test, this is not what you envisioned so give yourself some grace and love. Maybe ask, “What is it that I need right now?”  Take a moment and listen to what is in your heart. Discover where it is that you would desire to journey as you grieve…reading resource articles to gain knowledge, watching videos that you can relate to, or finding a local group to be with others going through the same grieving process. No two people will grieve the same way so be open and willing to the process the way you feel is best for you.
